Research and Impact Quality and Policy

The focus of the team’s work is ensuring the institution delivers high quality research and impact. A key part of this is supporting the compilation, review, validation, submission and audit of the University’s REF2028 submission.  Any queries about REF2028 should be addressed to the team via leedsref@leeds.ac.uk

• Supporting the creation of school-level Impact Portfolios in order to understand impact strengths across the institution
• The University’s annual outputs review process (including the approval of external outputs reviewers, payments to reviewers and recording reviews).
• Supporting timely submissions to Researchfish.
• Supporting the usage of Symplectic, the University’s Research Information System for impact and research assessment.
