Be Curious is an initiative from the Public Engagement team, creating opportunities for researchers to do public engagement.
We offer project management, production, and creative guidance. We recognise how critical public engagement is for funding. So, we are here to facilitate your journey, making it simpler to engage with the public.
What can you do?
Be Curious Live – Be Curious Live is the University’s annual family, research open day. Each year we turn the campus into a hive of free, family-friendly activities.
Be Curious Read - Launched in 2022, Be Curious Read gives young people the opportunity to learn about and engage with research through a series of illustrated picture books.
Be Curious on Tour - Each year our researchers take their work on the road. They can be found at festivals, conferences and events across the country.
